It was a pleasant experience considering I needed a new transmission. It was toast and I knew it. I babied it for years. AAMCO was fast, clean, and prompt. An excellent warranty, and very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.
Friendly staff and I was unaware before my first visit that they did more than transmission work as that is what I was looking to get checked. In addition, my car had started running rough the night before and found out there that I had a blown head gasket. They did the work quickly, at a fair price and helped me with financing a portion of it. I trust them and will go back.
The guys were awesome. They went above and beyond their duties, helping me with my taillights, and replacing them for free so I didn’t have to drive in the dark without lights. Trustworthy, friendly, and astute.
Very good service. Friendly staff. I brought her in for a possible transmission issue and after a couple hours they were able to inform me that it was not the transmission and it was possibly another issue. Theyve been far easier to work with compared to the dealership. Id have to leave my truck at the dealership for over a month the times I brought her in. I bought an air filter and brought it to aamco and they helped install it in a short amount of time even though they were busy. I will definitely be coming back here for vehicle issues from now on. This shop has gianed my trust, and they know what they're doing. They also dont overcharge for services or parts, so Im glad i was reffered to them.
Very respectful gentleman very helpful and very knowledgeable. I received a transmission service set an appointment for 9 o’clock. He told me my vehicle will be ready in four hours and four hours later He called me and said my vehicle is ready. At that point, I made another appointment to bring my wife’s vehicle in to have it serviced as well next week.
Highly recommend. They are professional, efficient, kind and do excellent work. They were able to replace my transmission quickly!
AAMCO did a great job showed up Monday morning to drop off my truck to get my clutch replaced and jay did an excellent job he gave me a quote of how much it was going to cost if there wasn’t any other problem and gave me an estimate amount of days it was going to take. Also jay was also really nice had a nice conversation. The next day Jay called me in the morning telling me there was something else that needed to get replace and told me that my vehicle would also be ready to pick up later in the afternoon which was pretty fast and when I showed up to pick up they were able to show me all the parts they replace and I was able to see how bad they so I would recommend going to AAMCO for any of your problem.
I highly recommend Aamco on Cleveland Avenue in Santa Rosa. Jay the owner was very friendly which is so very important these days to me, informative, helpful not even remotely pushy, honest, practical and generous. He gave me excellent pricing and great advice. I had my transmission serviced as manufacturer recommended and he did a wonderful job. He checked and found a radiator leak and we decided to replace it. After over an hour of labor realized the repair could not be done because of an unfortunate circumstance that could not be done because the replacement part is no longer available. He didn't charge me any extra for all the time it took to find out. They worked so hard and conscientiously. He is honest and fair and went above and beyond. I will gladly return for any other work for my other cars. I feel like I found a lifetime gem. Even when things don't work out as we hoped, it was a very positive experience. I feel like my situation was unique and handled perfectly. Thanks Jay and staff for the personalized service and care. Please go to this very reliable business. I was a walk in yesterday late afternoon and he made time to see my Sprinter van this morning at 9 am. Kept in communication as as the job progressed and was so pleasant to work with!
